Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds work for RADHEAT orders.

 

 

1. Return Window

 

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after 30 days may not be eligible.

 

 

2. Return Eligibility

 

To qualify for a return, items must be:

 

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Returned with original packaging and included accessories, if any

 

Items showing wear, odor, stains, pet hair buildup, washing, or damage caused after delivery may be declined.

 

 

3. How to Start a Return

 

Email us at radheatoutdoor@outlook.com with:

 

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for the return

    We will provide return instructions.

 

 

4. Refunds

 

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.

 

If approved:

 

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing typically occurs within 5 to 10 business days after approval (timing may vary by bank)

 

 

5. Return Shipping Costs

 

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, or damage in transit), we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

  • For all other returns (such as ordering the wrong size, changed mind, no longer needed), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non refundable.

 

 

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos or a short video. We will work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

 

 

7. Cancellations and Order Changes

 

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel or edit orders before they are processed or shipped.

 

 

8. Non Returnable Items

 

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

 

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Returns sent back without approval or outside the return window

  • Items that are used, washed, or not in resellable condition

 

 

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

 

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can help resolve it quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks may delay resolution.
