Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during high volume periods, holidays, or promotional events.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or major holidays.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped and are estimates only, not guarantees. Transit times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. RADHEAT is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped due to address errors.
6. Carrier Delays
Shipping carriers may experience delays. If tracking information does not update for several business days, contact us and we will assist in reviewing the shipment status.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors, or building management first. If the package is still missing, contact us and we will review the situation and discuss possible next steps. RADHEAT is not responsible for theft after delivery confirmation.
8. Battery Shipping Notice
Some RADHEAT products may contain lithium batteries. Due to carrier regulations, battery powered items may ship using approved ground services and may require additional transit time. Certain shipping options may be limited for these items.
